


Wouldn't you prefer they catch this, fix it in the first week, and let the people who buy it 6 months down the line can enjoy their game with no hassle? What if I don't know that, in the initial release, there was a major, game-breaking bug, that *only* cropped up in the last hour and a half of the game, and the patch breaks save files? Maybe I like auto-updates? Maybe I think they could use them to actually fine-tune the game, instead of just fixing major bugs. Why do I have to activate an internet forum account? Why should I have to maintain an internet connection for my OS? You don't need to ACTIVATE it, you don't need auto-updates, just PLAY the fucker and IF there's a problem, THEN you download the patch.He did say that he 'might be wrong'.
